- ➤ NorthWestern Energy is asking FERC to approve its plan to gain majority control of the coal-fired Colstrip plant by acquiring shares from Avista and PSE. The company will launch a new subsidiary to sell power from the PSE share starting Jan. 1. KBZK

- ➤ Montana State University students developed multimedia campaigns for the Student Wellness Center to boost awareness of campus health services.
