- ➤ Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore in Belgrade has grown its revenue over the past four years and is planning an expansion by reformatting its space and adding a warehouse across the street — the changes will help fund future affordable housing projects. MontanaRightNow
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Montana gas prices remained at $2.99 per gallon as of Monday, Nov. 17 — the rate was 5.3¢ lower than a month ago and 1.1¢ higher than last year's price. KBZK
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The new Yellowstone River Bridge now opens to park visitors and provides year-round access to the Northeast Entrance and nearby Montana communities as crews remove the old span and work on overlooks. The $118M project will be fully finished in 2026 — adding improved parking, pullouts, and visitor areas. KBZK
- ➤ Montana’s hemp industry faced uncertainty after a government funding bill passed that includes language which could ban many hemp products with THC levels above 0.4 milligrams per container—leaving farmers worried about future income. Industry leaders said the one-year moratorium gives them time to work with lawmakers on setting federal rules to protect their market. KBZK
