- ➤ I-Ho Korean Grill in Bozeman launched a community kitchen to offer free meals to residents affected by the SNAP freeze until benefits are reinstated. The dine-in menu features chicken and tofu combos along with bibimbap—donations are accepted at the Gallatin County Food Bank. MontanaRightNow
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Montana State Fund visited Bozeman City Hall today to return over $6 million to Gallatin County employers— including a refund of more than $160K to the city. This non-profit worker's compensation provider covers more than 23,000 Montana employers— and continued its refund tour in Belgrade. KBZK
- ➤ The government shutdown has lasted 37 days and has not caused major delays at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport so far — though a planned 10% flight cut at 40 major airports starting today may eventually affect connecting flyers. Airport CEO Brian Sprenger said that while TSA agents work without pay, BZN’s contracted air traffic controllers still receive pay. KBZK
