EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Bozeman School District and Bozeman Schools Foundation are hosting the Warm Winter Drive to help keep students warm this winter—donations of new or lightly used coats, boots, and snow pants can be dropped off at Dry Fly Saloon or any school office until November 1—and they expect the drive will help students in need get enough winter clothes. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Montana DOT is using a $600,000 simulator to train nine new plow truck drivers for the coming winter season. The simulator lets drivers practice handling icy roads and urban freeway conditions (which improves safety) before moving to hands-on training in real plow trucks. KBZK
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Bozeman Health and Billings Clinic have announced a partnership to expand health care access in west Bozeman. The two systems will share undeveloped land at the Billings Clinic Bozeman campus—joint planning starts now as they build outpatient clinics and surgery centers over the next year. MontanaRightNow

- ➤ Big Sky was named the top trending travel destination for 2026 in an Expedia Group report released Tuesday—Oct. 21—that analyzed searches from over 24,000 travelers and found a 92% rise in interest. - ➤ Hanley Investment Group brokered the sale of a newly built 52327 square foot Amazon distribution center at 104 Brewers Boulevard in Belgrade on Tuesday Oct.21— the facility sits on 7.36 acres in The Foundry, a 200 acre master planned community set to include retail, housing and grocery sites. Representatives from Hanley Investment Group and Venture West Development managed the deal while a private 1031 exchange buyer from New York purchased the property for an undisclosed price.
