- ➤ The Gallatin Valley Land Trust has reached its goal of raising the 4.5 million dollars needed for Bikefill Park after nearly 15 years of planning—construction will begin next spring to provide a new biking facility for all ages. - ➤ On Friday, the Museum of the Rockies opened its exhibit Becoming Jane—honoring Jane Goodall, who died Wednesday at 91, and featuring a hologram, a chimpanzee observation area, and an interactive conservation pledge. The exhibit runs until January 18th. KBZK
- ➤ Canadian singer-songwriter Daniel Caesar held a free pop-up concert on Thursday night on private property off Rocky Creek Road that attracted many fans from across Montana. - ➤ A study from the University of Montana, BBER + Montana Fish Wildlife Parks found that over 450,000 anglers spent $1.27 billion on fishing trips in Montana in 2024.
