A 20-year-old woman died after being hit by a train last Wednesday around 4 p.m. near the Milwaukee Fishing Access site close to Three Forks.

Three wildfires in Madison County burned over 1,000 acres since Friday and forced evacuation warnings for residents near MT Hwy 87 + US Hwy 287.

The Cloudrest, Bivens Creek and Horn fires measured 1,104.4, 1,321.8 and 2,990 acres respectively, with only the Horn fire 25% contained.
