  • About 257 high school seniors from 60 Montana towns visited MSU for STATE Days, a free campus preview that began on July 31 and allowed them to explore classes and campus life.   • Bozeman's First Student is hiring 8 bus drivers and 4 monitors for the upcoming school year at $41 per hour and $28.13 per hour respectively—offering flexible schedules and full training for candidates without a commercial driver's license to help transport nearly 2,100 students safely.  KBZK

  • Gallatin County government has raised awareness about noxious weeds that threaten land and property during the summer—Assistant Coordinator Danielle Jones explained that invasive species like spotted knapweed and Canada thistle outcompete native plants and may harm livestock and wildlife.
