- ➤ Austin John Clowes was charged with deliberate homicide in connection with the 2021 murder of 79-year-old Steven Kilwein after he was arrested yesterday and held on a $1,000,000 bond at Gallatin County Justice Court—he must meet strict pretrial conditions that include wearing a GPS monitor, surrendering his passport, avoiding alcohol venues, not possessing weapons, and refraining from contacting witnesses. - ➤ Montana Ballet Company announced Edna Mae Berkey as its new General Manager on Friday Jul. 11th, adding her 20 years of nonprofit arts leadership experience to boost operations and growth in training, performance, and community engagement—funded by the MJ Murdock Charitable Trust.
