- ➤ Construction started this morning on 19th Avenue and will run daily from 7 to 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. as crews repave the road and update markings between Main Street and Kagy Boulevard. Nick Ross said the project extends south from the ongoing North 19th effort and may cause temporary turning restrictions—drivers are asked to choose alternate routes—as work lasts about a month subject to weather.
