Good morning, Bozeman.

The Bozeman Salvation Army is changing leadership as Captain Amber Ohl—who served for four years and helped develop a new building that will add childcare—leaves for a new role in California; Majors Rio and Rachel Ray will take charge in less than two weeks and bring over 20 years of experience to continue daily services like meals, clothing and food pantry support.

Gov. Gianforte emailed state employees that the Department of Administration will centralize HR, IT, and procurement services to standardize policies and improve cost efficiency.

The agency will hold meetings with departments in the coming months—staff levels will not change.
