Good morning, Bozeman.

A truck carrying bees overturned on Highway 191 near Big Sky Tuesday, causing honey to spill along the road through Yellowstone National Park.

A driver reported waiting about 20 minutes for a flagger’s control & cleared a few bees from his car without incident.

Presley Whitaker, wife of the Montana State University rodeo coach, was injured on May 3 when a rope accident broke her jaw and cost her a hand; weeks later, buoyed by community support (over $35,000 raised), she insists she will keep riding to set an example for her daughters.

The Montana Department of Transportation is patching US 191 in Gallatin Canyon on Tuesday, June 23 and Wednesday, June 24; drivers should plan for traffic control measures (flaggers and temporary signals) and expect delays of 10 to 15 minutes.
