One Valley Community Foundation is hosting its 11th Give Big Gallatin Valley event from 6 p.m. May 1 to 6 p.m. May 2 to support 259 nonprofits with a goal of 7,000 donors.

The event has raised over $17.4 million since 2015 + offers $30,000 in prizes and regional celebrations across Gallatin County.

Nonprofits in Gallatin County face a risk that $34 million in federal funding may be lost, which could cut services for up to 400 survivors as groups like Haven and Bridgercare rely on these funds.

The 24-hour 'Give Big Gallatin Valley' fundraiser will begin May 1 to help local organizations address the funding gap — officials worry the impact could be severe.
