- ➤ Montana gas prices increased by 2.1¢ per gallon over the last week, with the average reaching $2.72 on Monday, Feb. 14, and varying from $2.52 to $3.09 per station — a shift that mirrors a national rise of 2.6¢ while staying 32¢ below last year’s level. KBZK

- ➤ Montana State University in Bozeman has received a $750,000 NASA grant to study programmable photonics (light-based chips) that aim to reduce atmospheric signal interference and pave the way for a high-speed quantum internet. - ➤ Southeast Bozeman neighborhoods face deer populations of 60 to 70 per square mile compared to about 7.8 statewide. FWP is working on solutions & continues to remove injured deer while urging residents to stop feeding them to help limit further problems. KBZK
- ➤ The National Parks Conservation Association is calling for an immediate pause of the $100 fee for international visitors at 12 parks, including Yellowstone and Glacier, citing implementation confusion and potential summer delays.
