🌿 Euphoria Wellness will be co-hosting this series to ensure you have a perfectly ~elevated~ experience (or not, it's up to you!).

🧘♀️ These sessions include an all-levels class, where we'll gently work our bodies to quiet the mind. We will incorporate minimal dynamic movements to warm the body, and then slow down into a calming meditation.
